The rings are rock solid, no real need for a rail IMO. CZ rails are solid. Don't bother with adapters that still require a mount, anyways. You can't go wrong with the rail as is. I just ordered this picatinny tail and mounted a Vortex Diamondback Tactical 4-16x44. Fits real snug and uses set screws to lock it down.

I think Bud's has the wrong picture up for theirs, confirmed with their CS that all the specs match a left hand Trainer, not the Varmint picture they used.
